My VS 2008 crashes even when I try to open the report.rdlc file or my file when I use Ctrl+F Finder to search the application stack in the whole solution. I have a little analysis of the fact that may help solve your problem.

My solution contains a Silverlight application, a Cyberspace Windows application, a service, MS personal records report.rdlc, a Silverlight compatible WCF service, and some library projects. what

I’m working on creating a report. rdlc and apparently there was a power outage. When I reopened the PC, reopened this solution, and double-clicked that report.rdlc file, VS crashed. VS also crashes when trying to troubleshoot. Even

    fatal execution engine error 7a035e00

I’m running the VS 2008 installer to fix this, I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire VS package, I’ve even uninstalled and reinstalled individual Windows installations. The problem still exists, I was still trying to run the previous run option of my project. Great, VS is still crashing.

When I looked around and tried many things, I found one incredible thing. When I deleted my web project which is also usingno report files, besides the plan and running web project, the reports started working and then there was no failure, I added them again. this web project for a solution and now VS is crashing again.

One level down, I uninstalled the Silverlight device on my PC when I reopened the solution that was there. Now there are no more crashes and the solution works without Project Silverlight. I reinstalled the Silverlight tools and reopened the whole solution. Now my new VS crashes when opening report.rdlc files.

Right now, I absolutely can’t continue with my favorite project because I need my Silverlight project and my reports to run in the same solution at the same time. Can anyone help me solve the problem???

I have a .NET multi-project product that I’m developing in Visual Studio 2008. If I need to open the properties of any of my projects individually (to change or publish settings), Visual Studio closes immediately. Missing RequestFor help reporting to Microsoft, two consecutive errors are logged in Event Viewer:

  • .NET Runtime Version 2.0.50727.3053 -Fatal Execution Engine (80131506)

  • fatal execution engine error 7a035e00

If I delete all the the.user files, ie .suo in my program, I can access the post and project properties again. However, over time, the error returns. This seems to indicate that the Visual Studio user type .suo or .Files is becoming malicious. Has anyone else experienced this issue or knows how to fix it?
